Soaking Nuts

Why soak Nuts in your sea water?

I explain to all my patients that it is important to soak Nuts, here is why.

Oilseeds are particularly rich in vitamin E, magnesium, calcium and omega-3. However, it is possible to increase their benefits by soaking them in sea water before eating them. Oilseeds contain enzyme inhibitors, naturally present. They preserve their vitality until they are in an environment favorable to their growth. These substances interfere with digestion and block the absorption of certain nutrients by the body.

Soaking the oilseeds in marine plasma releases their enzyme inhibitors and makes them more energizing: the oilseeds will thus be filled with all the minerals and trace elements your body needs!

6 good reasons to soak your oilseeds in your marine plasma:

To remove phytic acids that bind with calcium, magnesium, track, iron, zinc and block their absorption.
To neutralize enzyme inhibitors.
To increase the quantities of vitamins, especially B vitamins.
To encourage the production of beneficial enzymes.
To facilitate digestion and assimilation.
To make proteins more readily available for absorption.
